Shuttle Driver/Housekeeper

We offer a competitive salary, great benefits, and a positive workplace with a dedicated caregiving team.We are hiring a non-CDL Shuttle Driver to transport seniors and adults with disabilities to and from our day program, appointments, and outings in the Columbia, MD area. You will also help our housekeeper keep our environment clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail who can handle daily cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, the great room, and hallways.Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks PTO, and 10 paid holidays.QualificationsMust have a valid MD Driver's License and clean driving record, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and/or current CDL license.CPR/First Aid required before starting the position.Able to walk, stand, and push wheelchairs throughout the day.Basic computer literacy and skills.Perform daily housekeeping tasks.Vacuuming halls and common areas.Emptying trash.Cleaning and dusting residents’ rooms and common areas.Cleaning restrooms and general bathing areas.Mopping dining areas as needed.Salary: starting $20 per hour.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Job Type: Full -Time.About Winter Growth, Inc.Winter Growth has been serving seniors and adults with disabilities since 1979.
