You will receive and stock inventory, prepare, cook and assemble orders, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and maintain food safety and quality standards by following standard operating procedures.Essential Job FunctionsThe information provided below encompasses the functions and values associated with this position.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities:Complete all training requirements including:Zaxby's UniversityHands-on stations trainingAny additional training required by ZaxBaxProvide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guestsMaintain awareness of current promotionsEnthusiastically represent the Zaxby's brandAssist with guest service and front of house operationsPrepare menu items according to company standards and in a safe and sanitary mannerEnsure food and beverages are handled according to safety regulations and guidelinesSafely operate food preparation and cooking equipmentMaintain product levels in assigned stations in order to be prepared for immediate needsPrepare and cook food items according to company standardsAccurately assemble and package guest ordersMaintain a clean and safe working environmentKeep work areas clean and organizedMaintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needsAssist with inventory and storage managementReceive and stock incoming inventory deliveriesHold and store food items following food safety guidelinesInform management when inventory is neededClean and organize storage areasOther responsibilitiesComplete all tasks with a sense of urgency, in a timely mannerWork safely and follow all safety guidelines and proceduresOther duties as assignedCapability RequirementsThe following capabilities are required to perform the essential functions of this position.
