The role is primarily located in North Haven, CT, with the possibility of some work from home. The Community Association Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to community associations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of property law and community association regulationsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamExperience in real estate lawAnalytical and problem-solving skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar in ConnecticutExperience in community association law is a plus
