Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer

This is an assistant project management/site engineer position. This individual will handle scope of work, RFIs, Submittals, Record Documents, and other project documents. Depending on experience, this person will conduct cost engineering including estimating support, change order processing, budget assessment, and pay application management.
