We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.ResponsibilitiesGather or download information on hours worked, bonuses, benefit adjustments, garnishments, commissions, etc. weekly and bi-weekly from time keeping systems, emails, spreadsheets, etc.Process weekly and Bi-weekly payrolls for approximately 500 exempt, non-exempt, craft labor, and union employeesData entry via upload and manual entry into payroll system: ADP WFNProcess certified payroll reports as required by the Davis-Bacon and other related ActsProcess and/or respond to state and Federal tax noticesRegister for payroll tax accounts in state and local locations as requiredInput, process and respond to garnishments, levies, and support ordersRun and distribute post-processing reports as directedStandard and ad hoc custom reporting to finance and management as requestedManage and respond to employee payroll issues via email, phone or in personApprove employee ADP self-service tasks daily/as neededCrosstrain internally with other payroll processorsWork closely with other departments; benefits, accounting, HR, and other Payroll team members QualificationsMinimum 10 years’ experience in payroll administrationADP WFN recent experience preferredMulti-state payroll experience preferredKnowledge of union payroll, prevailing wage, and Certified payroll reporting preferredProficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; moderate level of Excel skillsKnowledge of Federal and State wages and overtime lawsExperience with SAP, SuccessFactors and Concur a plusMust be extremely detailed and able to detect potential pay errorsBe concise, organized, and work with integrityHave proven customer service skills while maintaining a confidential work environmentBe proactive, and have the desire for process improvementAbility to work with minimal supervisionMust have professional expertise to interact with all levels of management in office and in the field All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
