Maintenance Technician I
We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician I to join our Boggy Depot Team team located at the Boggy Depot Park working .Summary:Maintains building environment and grounds by maintaining building, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment as well as grounds keeping and repair services.Responsibilities:Keeps equipment operational, systems and building ready for useKeeps preventative maintenance schedulesKeeps maintenance records, following policy and proceduresCompletes repairs and installs replacement partsReports needed changesMaintains equipment/machinery, systems and building by completing preventive maintenance schedulesCompletes and maintains monthly maintenance recordsConducts minor preventative maintenance, when possible, and report additional needed repairs to line of supportMaintain fire protection and alarm systems devicesManages and orders office inventory, equipment, uniforms and/or other operational suppliesAssist with housing inspectionsAssist with guest accommodations and provide corrective action if neededOversees contract workReports all needs, incidents, and emergencies to appropriate personnelProvides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiencyAnswers questions in a courteous and professional mannerDetermines needs and seeks positive experiences and outcomesCompletes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunitiesWorks in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all typesMaintains a clean, organized work area and fixtures and signs as neededMaintains building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipmentMaintains building accessibility by removing ice and snow from walkways and parking lotMows the lawn and cleans surrounding landscapesMaintains facilities plumbing including fixtures and sprinklersHauls file and boxes, moves furniture, sets up furnishings, prepare rooms for meetings, assemble public announcement and audio-visual equipment following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines, and repairs and installs replacement parts to assure equipment is in working order when neededIdentifies and corrects hazardous working conditionsPerforms all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Essential:Able to follow instructions, both written and oral Able to
