Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of construction and remodeling, demonstrating expertise in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to transforming spaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. Duties Execute remodeling projects from start to finish, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, additions, and general home improvements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as framing, drywall installation, flooring installation, and cabinetry. Perform construction estimating and manage materials to ensure efficient use of resources. Conduct construction inspections to guarantee compliance with building codes and regulations. Collaborate with subcontractors for specialized tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and roofing. Oversee the restoration of structures affected by damage or wear, ensuring quality craftsmanship in all repairs. Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficient in using Bluebeam for project management and documentation. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Experience with construction estimating techniques for accurate budgeting. Familiarity with plumbing systems and electrical installations. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation safely. Competent in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans. Knowledgeable in concrete forming, finishing, plastering, masonry, carpentry, roofing, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, hardscape design, glass installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, welding techniques, and restoration practices. Ability to work collaboratively on a construction site while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
