Manufacturing Engineer – System Integration (Confidential Electronics Manufacturer)A global electronics manufacturing and EMS provider is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support System Integration (SI) assembly and New Product Introduction (NPI) in a fast-paced, high-mix, high-volume production environment. This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work on server, cloud, networking, and advanced electronic systems while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.Pay Range: $35–$38/hourShift: Swing Shift (3:30pm to 11:30pm)Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance for new product and process development, with emphasis on system integration and final assemblyDevelop and implement tooling, fixtures, process flows, and work instructions to support production and prototype buildsConfigure and maintain BOMs and routings in alignment with product structures and manufacturing standardsImplement ECO changes and release manufacturing documentation such as MPIs and SOPsServe as a technical interface with customers on engineering and production mattersEvaluate manufacturing costs and support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiativesDefine and establish assembly lines, process layouts, and workflow for new productsSupport global product transfers and production ramp activitiesParticipate in continuous improvement and advanced manufacturing technology initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA in a technical discipline is a plus)3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, system assembly, or NPI engineeringStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, process documentation, and production line setupExperience with ERP/MRP systems, BOM management, and engineering change controlProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Familiarity with Agile, Valor DFM, IPC standards, or similar manufacturing tools preferredExperience with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is a plusEnglish proficiency required; additional language skills such as Mandarin or Vietnamese are an advantageStrong analytical, communication, and teamwork skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for engineers who want to grow their careers in electronics manufacturing, NPI, and system integration while working in a collaborative, technology-driven environment.
