Software Installation Technician
A company is looking for a Software Installation Technician V.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer interactions to ensure a smooth installation experience, particularly with escalated or technical customers
Manage and prioritize multiple installation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
Serve as a technical escalation point for complex installation scenarios and provide guidance to junior technicians
Required Qualifications
6+ years of related experience, preferably in software installations
Proven experience handling escalated or complex customer scenarios in a technical role
Technical aptitude with advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to support practice management systems
Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and proper handling of PHI
Ability to read and write SQL preferred
