Data Engineer Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph Experience Level: SE3 | 12+ Years About the Role This is a high-priority, greenfield project with mission-critical impact. As a Data Engineer, you’ll design and implement schemas across multiple database technologies to deliver actionable insights on infrastructure requests, deployments, and compliance. Your work will power applications that help subject matter experts enforce best practices, identify discrepancies, and proactively alert on violations. This role demands technical depth, creativity, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. What You’ll Do Design schemas and models for OLAP (ClickHouse), graph (Neo4j), and document (Elastic) databases. Optimize queries and data structures for performance and scalability. Collaborate with analytics engineers to align data solutions with mission objectives. Implement governance rules to ensure data quality and compliance. Translate analytical questions into robust database design solutions. What You Bring Proven experience with OLAP, graph, and document databases. Strong background in schema design, query optimization, and analytics support. Ability to translate complex analytical requirements into scalable database solutions. Nice to Haves Experience analyzing cybersecurity-related datasets (network traffic, OS events). Knowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systems. Familiarity with production CNO capabilities and operations. General software engineering skills (DevOps, web applications, ETL). Experience with Git/GitLab and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Education & Experience 12+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (or 4 additional years in lieu of degree).
