We are offering this position on a full time, permanent basis. Established in Dorset in 1946, we have grown over the last 80 years and now proudly have 60 showrooms worldwide with a global network of stockists.The key to our success is the people behind the paint: from the team handcrafting each tin to showroom staff to support functions, our shared passion ensures customers have a positive, engaging experience at every stage of their journey with us.Reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing and working closely with the US Commercial, Retail Property and Marketing teams as well as the wider Global teams based in Dorset UK. The channel Marketing Project Manager is accountable for leading and coordinating the execution of immersive, customer-centric marketing initiatives across retail channels. Including new store launches, remodels, refreshes, pop up shops, merchandise, maintenance and promotions.Operating as part of a Global Channel Marketing team, the role ensures North American projects are delivered in alignment with global standards, frameworks, and governance, while adapting execution to local market requirements. The Channel Project Manager partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to support US channel expansion, operational excellence, and consistent ways of working.What we expect from you as the Channel Marketing Project Manager: Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementManage end-to-end delivery of channel marketing projects, from intake and planning through execution and post-launch reviewDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationsTrack project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep initiatives on schedule and within scopeChannel Marketing Project ExecutionOversee new store openings, remodels, and refits across North America from concept and construction through store opening and project closeout.Support and oversee marketing initiatives including in-store promotions, visual merchandising updates, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local market activationsConduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, compliance, and readinessCoordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, property, procurement commercial, operations, digital) and external vendors or agenciesEnsure brand consistency and compliance across all retail touchpointsApply best-practice knowledge of North American retail operations to refine global frameworks and toolkits.Stakeholder & Communication ManagementAct as a key liaison between North American teams and the Global Channel Marketing function.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned marketing projectsCommunicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders and leadershipFacilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, and project reviewsVendor ManagementSupport vendor selection, onboarding, and performance managementReview vendor deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with objectivesProcess & Continuous ImprovementApply project management best practices and tools to improve efficiency and executionIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance collaborationSupport post-project evaluations and document learningKey Attributes:3-6 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or retail marketingExperience working in premium retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel environmentsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to manage store rollouts, construction-related projects, and operational programs.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience managing in-store marketing, visual merchandising, or promotional campaignsFamiliarity with North American retail operations and store-level executionExperience working globally across other countriesExperience working with creative agencies, and production vendorsSpatial Design skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metricsWhat you can expect from us:A competitive base salary, reviewed annually based on individual performance Eligible for a performance-based bonus scheme15 days PTO increasing with tenure, plus floating holidays401K scheme matched by F&BGenerous staff discount on F&B productsEmployee Assistance Program with 24/7 supportCompany Sick PayHealthcare, Dental & VisionAt Farrow & Ball we are committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our people, with an aim to be truly representative of all sections of society and our customers.
