This role focuses on building user-facing onboarding experiences while contributing to the backend services and data workflows that power those experiences.What You'll DoDeliver full-stack enhancements across frontend UI, backend services, and data persistenceBuild modern, user-facing workflows using a frontend frameworkImplement backend API changes to support onboarding and account flowsWork with relational databases and data validationImprove automated test coverage across the stackParticipate in sprint ceremonies and code reviewsHelp triage and resolve bugsWhat We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldStrong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript and web developmentFamiliarity with frontend frameworks and backend API developmentUnderstanding of databases and SQL fundamentalsExperience with Git and collaborative developmentNice to HaveExperience with TypeScript and component librariesExposure to frontend or integration testing toolsInterest in UX-heavy product developmentBenefitsCast & Crew provides a comprehensive package of employee benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, health and wellness programs, employee discounts, and more! Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
