Job DescriptionThe Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Mill Service Manager to work at our Butler Mill Services location in Butler IN. The Mill Service Manager plays a crucial role in fostering relationships with mill stakeholders, overseeing budgeting and planning, ensuring product quality, and driving process enhancements. They collaborate with various teams, manage customer service, analyze data, and contribute to quality systems documentation. Additionally, they prioritize safety, support the Operations Manager, and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.Salary: $100,000 + (based on experience)BenefitsCompetitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, Long- and Short-term DisabilityTuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programsStudent Loan Repayment ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramResponsibilitiesThe Mill Service Manager will:Develops and maintains relationships with mill management, vendors and operations managementAssists the Operations Manager in developing budgets and business plansEnsures products and services meet customer specificationsCoordinates teams to identify process improvementsReviews monthly budget to manage costsAssists with the evaluation of capital expendituresManages steel mill customers service needsMust be available to meet steel mill customer service needsRuns KPI reports, analyzes data and utilizes information for better decision-makingAssists with the documentation of quality systems procedures and policiesProvides reporting and recordkeeping as requiredPerforms other duties as assigned by ManagerResponsible for safety of all mill crew personnel SkillsThe ideal candidate will have:Some college or degree preferredMinimum of five years of experience in industrial or construction environment (steel mill experience preferable)Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and ability to implement related programs and controlsAbility to understand financial dataSupervisory experienceComputer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office productsValid driver’s licenseTo ApplyPlease submit your resume.
