Represent developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and insurers in construction defect and related litigation matters. Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, legal research, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation. Analyze and assess case value and exposure, provide risk assessment, and develop litigation strategies. Take and defend fact and expert depositions.
