Insurance Commercial Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative with strong marketing experience and a passion for client service. This is an In-Office position.Key Responsibilities:Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracyHandle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changesMarket new and renewal business to carriers effectivelyServe as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims supportEnsure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accountsWork closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environmentRequirements:Active Texas P&C Insurance License2-5 years of experience in commercial lines account managementExperience in commercial accountsProficiency in EPIC or AMS360 systemsStrong Full Servicing Skills- Proposals, COI's, Endorsements, WC, etcAbility to manage time effectively and independentlyCompensation & Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTOSupportive, family-based cultureCareer development and long-term growth opportunitiesTo apply, please submit your resume.
