Ensure overall customer satisfaction through quality assessment and prompt responsiveness to inquiriesMeet scheduled hours and dates of all tasks and jobs. Success will be measured with the goal of completing tasks and jobs ahead of scheduleUtilize machinery & prioritize equipment usage to obtain the quickest lead timesMaximize efficiency by working to minimize setup and run times in all machinesMaintain an attitude of continuous improvement by making and implementing suggestions for improvementsMaintain a department that is neat, organized, and clean at all timesFirst Article Inspections as requiredIn-Process Inspections as required including SPCCapability Studies (Cpk) as requiredComplete the following tasks under the direction of the quality manager: Data entry for FAI, SPC, Cpk, Production Inspection, create working files and product instruction booksCMM operation and programming as requiredInspect and audit product quality as required (quality control)Assist with quality procedure development as requiredMaintain the calibration system along with the quality manager. Tool and electrode inspection as requiredFeedback on specific ways to improve lead times (information, equipment, software, training etc.)Part labeling and packaging as requiredAssist the molding department as required through direction of the Quality Manager.
