You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standardsPrior Title Examination/Search ExperienceThe ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to work in multiple systems at onceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and proceduresKnowledge of Title Issues/Legal Description issuesResponsibilities Review real estate title reports pursuant to company guidelines for approval or rejectionResearch and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate individual records and logsReview all documentation for accuracyKnowledge of State and Client Requirements.Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely mannerAddress inquiries from clients and internal staff in a professional and timely mannerReview work-in-progress reports to ensure completionMaintain open communication with other team members and team leaderMonoitor and process all order types and folders for the Default Underwriting departmentFollow up on rejected filesProficient with ServiceLink operating systems and internal search enginesAdhere to company policies and proceduresMeet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by managementPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications High School diploma or equivalent requiredTyping/Data Entry skills, minimum 55 wpm with 95% accuracyPrior Title Examination/Search ExperienceProficiency with personal computersKnowledge of real estate terminologyPossess good communication customer skills
