Operating in a hyper-growth manufacturing environment, GTI depends on world-class Supply Chain talent to support production scalability, operational continuity, and strategic sourcing execution across multiple facilities.As GTI continues to expand nationally, we are investing heavily in Supply Chain capabilities including sourcing, procurement, materials management, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and operational analytics.Position OverviewGTI Energy is seeking a Supply Chain Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Planning, Logistics, and Operations support functions across multiple GTI locations. This role will support hiring from entry-level analysts through senior leadership positions while building scalable talent pipelines for critical operational functions.The Supply Chain Recruiter will partner closely with leadership teams to understand organizational needs, labor market conditions, and long-term workforce planning requirements. This role requires strong sourcing capability, business acumen, and the ability to identify high-impact talent in highly competitive manufacturing and industrial markets.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle RecruitingLead end-to-end recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Planning, Logistics, and operational support rolesManage requisitions from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordinationSupport both individual contributor and leadership hiring across multiple facilitiesDrive hiring execution against aggressive growth timelines and operational prioritiesSourcing Strategy & Talent MappingBuild targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping, competitor analysis, and networkingIdentify passive talent from manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, industrial, energy, and contract manufacturing environmentsDevelop long-term pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill operational rolesBuild Competitor Hit Lists and talent maps aligned with GTI growth strategyHiring Manager PartnershipPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, organizational structure, and market positioningConduct intake meetings to align on technical qualifications, compensation, and hiring prioritiesAdvise leadership on labor market trends, candidate availability, and recruiting strategyHold hiring teams accountable to interview timelines and hiring decisionsCandidate Assessment & ExperienceScreen candidates for technical capability, operational knowledge, leadership potential, and culture fitEvaluate experience within manufacturing, planning, sourcing, logistics, and operational environmentsDeliver a responsive, professional, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the processManage offer negotiations and closing activitiesRecruiting Operations & Process DisciplineMaintain ATS accuracy, candidate tracking, and recruiting workflow disciplineTrack KPIs including time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, interview activity, and offer acceptance ratesSupport process improvements to increase recruiting speed and qualityBuild standardized interview questions and scorecards for operational functionsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with HR, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational growthAlign recruiting priorities with plant launches, production growth, and operational initiativesSupport hiring across multiple GTI sites as business needs evolveEmployer Branding & Market PositioningRepresent GTI as a high-growth manufacturing organization with strong career opportunities in Supply Chain and OperationsPromote GTI’s investment in advanced manufacturing, modular infrastructure, and operational excellenceSupport hiring events, networking initiatives, and industry outreach where applicableRequired Qualifications5–8+ years of recruiting experience with strong background in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or Manufacturing recruitingExperience recruiting for operational and Supply Chain functions in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or engineered product environmentsStrong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate engagementExperience partnering with operational and executive leadership teamsAbility to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting in contract manufacturing, modular manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or energy industriesFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platformsExperience supporting plant launches, multi-site operations, or hyper-growth environmentsUnderstanding of operational KPIs including inventory turns, OTD, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and capacity planningExperience with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or Workday preferredWhy GTI EnergyOpportunity to help build the Supply Chain organization for one of the fastest-growing manufacturers in the United StatesExposure to strategic, operational, and executive-level hiring initiativesHigh-impact role supporting major facility expansions and operational scale-upCollaborative environment with strong operational and technical leadershipCompetitive compensation, career growth, and long-term advancement opportunities
