We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Residency Program Director for our esteemed Internal Medicine residency program in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The successful candidate will lead our Resident Categorical Internal Medicine residency program with a balanced combination of administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities (50/50). Key Responsibilities: Lead the Internal Medicine Residency Program with excellence. Engage in both administrative duties and clinical teaching (50/50 split). Participate in faculty recruitment and retention. Develop curriculum, policies, and procedures for the residency program. Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine in the United States. Minimum of three years of educational and/or administrative experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Program as a member of the faculty or leadership team.
