This role plays a vital part in leading camps, supporting year-round programming, and ensuring every child and family experiences a safe, enriching, and welcoming environment.The Camp Lead & Gym Educator will supervise 11 weeks of Summer Camps and additional seasonal camps throughout the year, collaborating with the Operations & Gymnastics Coordinator to plan engaging events and themed activities. During the off-season, this role includes training to become a Gym & Ninja Educator, supporting class instruction and staff development to meet program demand year-round.We’re looking for someone energetic, dependable, organized, and passionate about working with children. This leader will communicate regularly with families and teammates, uphold our Standards of Excellence, and maintain a positive, solution-focused presence.
