Supervisor, FlexForce ProgramsLocation: Orlando, FL Starting Pay: $54,500 to $65,000 depending on experience. As part of Entertainment Technology Partners, we help create unforgettable experiences through innovation, technical excellence, and exceptional service.What You'll Be DoingTeam Development and LeadershipDevelop, coach, and mentor FlexForce Technicians, creating individualized development plans to strengthen technical expertise and leadership capabilities Identify opportunities for technician growth through shadowing, hands-on learning, mentorship, and advancement pathways Provide guidance, support, and communication to technical staff while fostering accountability, engagement, and professional growth Serve as an onsite technical lead when required, modeling best practices in breakout room coordination, troubleshooting, and client serviceTraining and Workforce DevelopmentDesign, oversee, and enhance training programs focused on breakout room setup, signal flow, troubleshooting, client interaction, and technical execution Ensure technician readiness through onboarding, structured skill development, and continuous learning opportunities Maintain awareness of emerging technologies, production trends, and industry standards to inform training curriculum and workforce preparedness Partner with Technical Department leaders to build clear career progression pathways aligned with technician performance, skill growth, and organizational needsResource Planning and Technician SchedulingMaintain and manage a technician labor database, including proficiencies, certifications, experience levels, and availability Schedule technicians based on show requirements received from Show Services and Technical Services teams Strategically optimize technician schedules to maximize utilization, experience, and workforce effectiveness Identify opportunities to align technicians with assignments that expand skills and support career advancementTravel Coordination and Operational SupportResearch, coordinate, and confirm technician travel logistics for events nationwide Prepare travel arrangements independently or from travel request forms, evaluate pricing options, and obtain required approvals Ensure compliance with company safety standards, technical certifications, pay policies, and workforce requirements Support operational success through proactive workforce planning and cross-functional partnership with internal teamsWhat We're Looking ForEducation and ExperienceProven experience leading technical teams in live events, AV production, hospitality technology, or related technical environments Demonstrated success in coaching, workforce development, training, or technician management Experience coordinating staffing, technician deployment, or workforce scheduling preferredTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of live event technology, breakout room environments, signal flow, troubleshooting, and technical operations Experience designing or delivering structured training programs preferred Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentCore CompetenciesLeadership mindset with a passion for coaching and developing talent Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-focused approach Ability to proactively identify workforce gaps and implement scalable solutions Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, event-driven environmentEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
