Business ManagerExxpress Tire, a local tire wholesaler wants to hire a self-motivated Business Manager with a passion for selling and prioritizing customer service. At Exxpress Tire the Business Manager's primary responsibility is to nurture existing and grow new business relationships within a designated territory. Our Business Managers will also plan and implement strategies to manage and attain sales and productivity goals.Business Managers will be provided with the following:$450 monthly car allowanceReimbursed for approved travel expensesEZ PassGas CardCompany cell phoneLaptopCompensation and Work Schedule:Base pay: $52,500 - $62,500 / Year based on experienceVariable Incentive: Monthly incentive compensation is 20% of base paySalaries Position: Normal hours are M-F, must be available to work some weekends and occasional evening hours as neededExxpress Tire is a wholesale tire distributor providing products and deliveries to retail automotive businesses throughout Greater Buffalo NY; Rochester NY; Syracuse NY; Erie PA; and Pittsburgh PA Areas since 1993.Our culture revolves around our people. The categories listed may change over time. (Target List by zip code, Deficient Account Initiative to recover lost sales, Car Dealer Customer Service)Visit Dealers, communicate manufacturer incentive programs, identify improvementsTravel within the sales territory to identify business opportunities, 75% of the time to be in the fieldCoordinates sales and promotional activities within the marketIdentify/conduct training with dealersDeepen product knowledge, and obtain working knowledge of manufacturers' associate dealer programsDemonstrate strong, fair, consistent behaviorMaintain and reinforce an environment conducive with goals and direction of the companyProtect company brand equity, reputation and assetsQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail automotive operations or equivalent experience in a related environmentPrior sales experience, preferably in a retail environment or automotive-related industryUnderstanding of all aspects of the sales process (inventory, inspect, train, sell, retain)Applicable communication skills with both internal and external partiesProficient computer skills: Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Excel, Word & PowerPointApplication of critical thinking skillsContinuous Training-Knowledgeable about current trends through online and classroom settingsPossess and maintain a valid driver's licenseThe ability to lift to 50 lbs.Exxpress Tire, LLC is a wholesale tire distributor with six distribution centers in Buffalo, NY; Rochester, NY; Syracuse, NY; Jamestown, NY, Erie, PA; and Pittsburgh, PA.
