Join us in our quest to provide cutting-edge solutions that empower those who serve and protect.Position Overview: The Program Manager leads end to end deployment, partner coordination, operational test execution, customer rollout, and broader cross functional programs in support of MissionRT’s public safety and federal operations platform initiatives. The platform unifies dispatch, records management, mobile field operations, analytics, and integrations with existing systems and sensors.This role is responsible for turning architecture, partner capabilities, customer requirements, internal priorities, and contractual deliverables into successful execution across both customer facing and internal programs. MissionRT operates in a startup delivery model, so this person must be comfortable owning the broader execution picture across internal teams, OEM and reseller partners, implementation support resources, and customer stakeholders.This is a mid to senior individual contributor role with strong ownership and accountability. The right candidate will be technically fluent, highly organized, customer facing, and comfortable driving action across multiple organizations to ensure work is planned well, executed well, and adopted successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram ownership and cross functional executionOwn the end-to-end program for customer deployments and selected internal initiatives, including discovery, configuration, integration, testing, training, operational test execution, deliverables, and transition support.Build and manage the master schedule across MissionRT, partner teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party dependencies.Define phases, milestones, readiness gates, acceptance criteria, and critical path items required for successful execution.Drive execution across all parties to ensure commitments are met, blockers are resolved, and delivery activities stay on track.Maintain clear ownership of customer facing and internal deliverables and ensure all required artifacts are completed on time and to standard.Partner and vendor coordinationCoordinate closely with OEM, reseller, and implementation partners to align scope, schedules, technical dependencies, resource availability, and delivery responsibilities.Act as the central point of coordination across MissionRT and partner teams to ensure the overall solution is deployed as one cohesive capability.Track partner commitments, escalate slippage, and make sure external dependencies do not stall customer execution.Ensure partner provided technical support, training support, implementation support, and operational test support are aligned to the broader customer plan.Customer deployment and rollout managementServe as a primary day to day point of contact for customer operational and technical stakeholders throughout deployment.Coordinate deployment activities in live or operationally sensitive environments, including side by side or controlled operational test periods where required.Ensure the customer has what is needed for each phase of deployment, including scheduling, access, readiness, training coordination, and issue resolution.Manage customer expectations clearly around scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and what is required for successful rollout and adoption.Technical and operational coordinationWork closely with architects, engineers, and partner teams to plan and track integrations between the platform and external systems such as sensors, records systems, identity and access management, and monitoring tools.Review technical plans, environments, readiness artifacts, and deployment results to ensure the delivered solution is operable and supportable in the customer environment.Translate technical decisions and constraints into actionable rollout plans, issue tracking, and customer facing implementation activities.Coordinate operational test and evaluation efforts, including readiness, execution support, issue triage, and outcome reporting.Training, adoption, and field executionCoordinate role-based training and onboarding for communications center users, field personnel, supervisors, and administrators.Ensure training materials, partner support, and deployment timing are aligned so the customer is prepared to use the platform effectively.Capture structured user and customer feedback and convert it into configuration updates, process adjustments, and prioritized follow up items.Help drive user adoption by ensuring the deployed solution fits operational workflows and is supported appropriately during rollout.Risk, reporting, and accountabilityMaintain and actively manage a cross functional risk and issue register covering schedule, technical, operational, partner, and customer risks.Provide regular status reports and decision-oriented updates to MissionRT leadership and customer stakeholders.Ensure deployment documentation, training artifacts, integration documentation, and evaluation outputs are complete and audit ready.Own the overall delivery picture and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across MissionRT, partners, and the customer.Required QualificationsFive or more years of experience in program management, deployment management, technical program management, or similar roles delivering software platforms into operational environments.Demonstrated experience coordinating complex deployments involving multiple vendors, partners, or subcontractors.Strong technical fluency, including the ability to understand architecture diagrams, APIs, environments, integrations, and security constraints, and translate them into executable plans.Experience managing customer facing rollouts with multiple workstreams, tight dependencies, and high accountability for delivery outcomes.Experience building and managing integrated schedules, readiness gates, deliverables, and cross functional action plans.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to push execution across internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders.Ability to operate effectively in a startup or high growth environment where roles are broad and execution discipline matters.U.S. citizenship and ability to meet federal customer requirements for background checks or clearances, as applicable.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal, military, law enforcement, emergency operations, or other public sector mission environments.Experience working with OEM, reseller, or partner led delivery models.Experience with dispatch, records management, mobile field operations, or incident based workflow platforms.Familiarity with secure cloud or government cloud environments and related security or compliance expectations.Prior experience supporting controlled pilots, operational test and evaluation efforts, or phased production rollouts.PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are helpful but not required.Key CompetenciesOwns
