Job Title: Sr Client Service SpecialistDuration: Perm/FTELocation: West Jefferson, Ohio 43137Available Schedules:1st Shift: M-Th 6AM-4:30PM2nd Shift: M-Th 9AM-7:30PM Required Skills & Experience1+ years of experience in a client facing role supporting fortune 100 clientsLogistics background - understanding warehouse logistics and operationsExperience Investigating and resolving client complaints by identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and ensuring timely follow-upMonitor and document recurring issues to drive process improvements and enhance client satisfactionExperience being in a customer facing role and excellent customer service skillsProficiency within Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Nice to Have Skills & Experience3PL experienceBachelors degree in supply chain or related field Job DescriptionThe Sr. Client Service Specialist will act as the primary point of contact with the client at a particular site and work as an intermediary for communication between the client and their operations team. They will be responsible for tracking and coordinating shipment issues to the client to ensure prompt resolution and/or delivery and be responsible for purchase order accuracy, shipment tracking and fulfillment reliability. The Client Service Specialist will provide data integrity and reporting updates to leadership as requested.
