ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOperate assigned Merchandise locations in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with company policy and procedure. Enforce and adhere to all departmental, park, and safety policies and procedures. Complete all applicable department paperwork accurately and thoroughly. Perform in a manner compliant with company policies and procedures, including cash and credit card handling.Complete PCI trainingMaintain excellent Guest Service and ensure guest relation problems are handled appropriately including directing, answering questions and interacting positively.Must be willing to work outside his or her zone of assignment to fulfill general park needs on occasionEnsure compliance with all Herschend Family Entertainment and Wild Adventures policies and proceduresRepresents the company to guests and other team members in a positive and friendly mannerSatisfies Wild Adventure's standards for performance and conduct.
