The Design Architect will be responsible for developing innovative architectural designs, managing design processes, preparing construction drawings, and collaborating with clients and project stakeholders. The role requires overseeing projects from conception through completion while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural DesignProficiency in Design Management and Construction DrawingsExcellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and project stakeholdersProficiency in architectural software and technologyBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldLicensed Architect or in the process of obtaining licensure, preferredAttention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skillsExperience with local building codes and permitting processes is a plus
