Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Set the restaurant’s goals with leadership and create a plan to achieve those goals.
Lead a team of Department Managers, help them set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching to improve their Departments.
Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future.
