Job Openings: SMTQC - $25-$26 (2 openings for 2nd shift; 1 opening for 1st shift) OQC/Inspector - $25-$26 (1- Day shift) FQA Inspector - $25-$26 (1- Day shift; 1 - Swing Shift) SMTQC Inspector Work Schedule: Day Shift from 6A-2:30P; 2nd shift from 2:30PM – 11:00PM MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Know how to measure components using multi-meter or smart tweezer Know how to read BOM and assembly drawing Job Description: Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation and deviation implementation for Surface Mount assemblies. Responsible for Surface Mount component FA inspection process. Responsible for stopping the line if needed. Responsible for scanning board data into the DGS system. Job Requirements: High School Education or equivalent. Minimum two years’ inspection experience of surface mount and through-hole printed circuit boards is a must. Experience using DMM (digital multimeter); must have the ability to measure & interpret the multimeter readings. Experience in contract manufacturing. Ability to read and understand work instructions. Ability to identify components, polarity (placement of components), part marking, solder joint inspection. Ability to interpret quality control specifications. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers. OQC Inspector Hourly Salary Range: $25.00-$26.00/hr Work Schedule: Day Shift (6:00AM – 2:30PM) Shift: Day MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience in mechanical/electrical quality inspection Job Description: Primary responsibility is performing final outgoing inspection of manufactured product including medical device. The inspector will also audit various processes on the production line and verify the correctness of Device History Record. Job Requirements: Mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic inspection of manufactured products including medical devices. Perform final outgoing quality inspection on products prior to shipping. Perform inter-process inspection of the products prior to testing. Perform product line process audits to ensure products are being built per established manufacturing work instructions. Communicate with Engineering staff or Production Management concerning discrepancies found and/or reject issues. Record the Non-Conformance issues to the Non-Conformance Log Able to recommend disposition for nonconforming Incoming Inspection parts at production. Able to inspect and disposition manufactured products according to Inspection Instructions and checklists. Job Requirements: 1 year of general mechanical/electrical quality inspection experience of manufactured products. High School Education or equivalent Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers. Ability to read and understand Inspection Instructions in English. Able to communicate and write in English. Computer literate. FQA Inspector Hourly Salary Range: $25.00-$26.00/hr Work Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM) MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: 1. IPC-610 rev H. If no current certification, candidate may still be considered for an interview if they are willing to complete the hands-on IPC test (open book, approximately 1–1.5 hours). Job Description/Responsibilities: · Responsible for PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mech. Parts. · Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviation implementation. · Responsible for First Article inspection process. · Responsible for PCBA inspection. · Responsible for scanning into the DGS system. Job Requirements: · Minimum of three years’ experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and through hole components). · Experience using calipers, micrometers, magnifier lamp, microscopes. · Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. · Computer literate. · Organizational skills and attention details. · Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
