Experience with advertising platforms including LinkedIn Advertising, Snapchat, and TikTok preferred.Experience setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns for various objectivesUnderstanding of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization techniquesAbility to engage with executive-level stakeholders and assist client conversations with confidenceStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent performance resultsAbility to work independently and manage own projects in a fast-paced environment, as well as collaborate with and support efforts of the larger teamFamiliarity with paid social advertising metrics, measurement and KPIsWorking knowledge of budget management for digital campaignsExperience collaborating with creative teamsWorking hours at on Eastern Standard Time
