Execute the building and forklift Preventive Maintenance (P.M.) Program and repairs. Interact and solicit feedback with all departments to resolve maintenance, scheduling and building issues.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Understands/adheres to safety requirements within the department and company.Responsible for all assigned asset equipment relating to facilities.Responsible for supervision of Facilities Staff including hiring, evaluating, training, and developing assigned staff.Strong leadership in safety, communication and interpersonal skills.Work with contractors, developers and city for remodels and new construction.Responsible to help management with security, housekeeping and safety.Responsible for making sure all grounds are kept to company standards at all times.Work with little to no supervision. • Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc. • Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervised EmployeesDirectly supervises employees.
