Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. We are looking for someone who is really skilled in both speaking and writing in EnglishResponsibilities: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with NYC-based ISOsDrive new business opportunities (ITPs) by meeting and exceeding targeted KPIsCollaborate closely with ISOs to grasp their unique needs and showcase the WBL product as the ideal solutionIncrease loan origination volume by developing ISO partnerships through a consultative and personalized sales approachSpend four days a week visiting ISOs and one day working from the home office to maximize engagement and productivityRequirementsRequired Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is strongly preferredThat said, if you bring significant hands-on experience in sales, lending, or real estate, we're excited to consider that as a valuable alternative to formal educationRequired Experience: Bring 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development to the tableHands-on experience in MCA lending is essentialDemonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and consistently achieve or exceed sales goalsPreferred Background / Industry Experience:Experience in MCA, commercial lending, financial services, or business development environments preferred;Prior exposure to ISO relationship management, loan origination, or small business financing is highly desirableSoft Skills RequiredGreat at building relationships and connecting with othersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSkilled in active listening with a friendly, consultative approach to salesOpen-minded and eager to tackle challenges with a positive attitudeHighly organized with strong time management and a self-motivated spirit for fieldworkTechnical Skills RequiredProficient in leveraging CRM tools to drive efficient lead tracking and sales pipeline managementExperienced in utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to enhance productivityConfident in hosting engaging virtual meetings and delivering compelling presentations through platforms like Zoom and TeamsBenefitsJoin us in a Full-time RoleCompetitive Compensation PackagePaid Time Off (PTO)
