Virtual Visa: USC and GC RemotePrefers candidate in New York and New Jersey- Tri-state areaUAT experience- NO QA at all- must have all UAT business analyst experienceMust have excellent communication skillsMust have presentation or public speaking skillsThis person must have between 6 and 10 years in the US experienceMust have Workday experience and either Sitecore CMS or SAP CCv2Key Responsibilities:Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Professional experience partnering with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentResponsible for writing manual test cases covering: Positive, Negative and End-to-End scenarios.Develop and support acceptance of test-driven test scripts and data needs that align to end business processesResponsible to create corresponding test data for each test caseCreate regression test cases for business process flowsPerform a thorough analysis of requirements specifications and design documents using structured techniques to identify testable conditionsConsider and outline edge case scenarios worth testingIdentify issues, risks, and dependencies.Determine escalation priorities to UAT ManagerActively drives communication and testing remediationEnsures traceability between requirements, features, user stories, test plans and outcomesRepresents the customer by focusing on end-user perspective during UATParticipates and/or Leads DemosWorking experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologyParticipates in meetings (Daily Stand Ups, Retrospectives, Scrum) to clarify user stories and changesReport UAT test results to UAT ManagerExperience testing and creating data with 3rd party platforms such as ratings and reviews, live chat, etc a plusUAT experience in the E-commerce domainSAP CCv2 or Sitecore CMS experience a plusGood to have – Experience in the Medical/Dental domainGeneral Skills and CompetenciesSelf-starter with a demonstrated solutions-oriented mentalityGood problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong multi-tasking abilities and time management skillsEffective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlinesIntegrity within a professional environment and demonstrate respect for peers.
