You’ll manage complex commercial furniture projects from initial sale through final installation, ensuring every detail is handled with precision, every stakeholder is informed, and every client walks away delighted.You’ll guide internal teams, clients, and vendor partners through each project milestone, balancing timelines, budgets, and quality standards to deliver exceptional results.Your Responsibilities:Own the full project lifecycle — from project kick-off to close-out — ensuring all deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.Serve as a primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-up.Manage schedules, budgets, and logistics, coordinating with sales, design, operations, and installation partners to maintain seamless execution.Review and track all project documentation, including floor plans, quotes, and change orders, ensuring design intent aligns with installation outcomes.Plan and coordinate delivery and installation schedules, anticipating challenges and implementing solutions before they become roadblocks.Lead on-site activities, including site walks, punch lists, and final sign-offs, representing Workspace with professionalism and confidence.Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, sales teams, and vendor partners to ensure all aspects of the project align with client goals.Oversee project close-out — final documentation, client satisfaction follow-ups, and warranty coordination.Continuously refine processes, seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication, and client experience across all projects.Travel (up to 20%) for site visits, client meetings, and project installations.What You BringYou’re an experienced project leader who thrives on structure, clarity, and collaboration. You have a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces — and the organizational skill to make them happen smoothly.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree preferred (Project Management, Interior Design, Business, or related field).3–5 years of experience in project management within an office furniture, commercial interiors, or related environment.Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-facing role.Experience with procurement, logistics, and vendor coordination in a design or contract furniture context.Familiarity with ERP systems (CORE or similar) preferred.Working knowledge of CET Designer, AutoCAD, Project Spec, or Cap 2020 a plus.Skills & QualitiesStrong leadership and client management skills — you know how to guide, influence, and communicate clearly at every level.Excellent organization and time management; capable of juggling multiple complex projects with composure.Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with an ability to anticipate issues and solve them proactively.Skilled communicator — professional, approachable, and confident in written and verbal exchanges.Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus.Thrives in a collaborative, creative environment where design, service, and precision intersect.At Workspace, you’ll join a team that values creativity, accountability, and people.
