Role Summary VPM.com is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Clerk to join our team. In this role, your primary mission is to ensure our customers receive exactly what they ordered, every single time. You will be the final set of eyes on our products before they head out the door, making you a vital part of our commitment to quality. Success in this position means maintaining a high level of accuracy while efficiently processing 100+ orders daily. If you are someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in an organized workspace, and can manage your time effectively to balance high-speed shipping with essential end-of-day warehouse tasks, this is the job for you!ResponsibilitiesAccurate Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship 100+ orders daily with an extreme focus on detail to ensure zero shipping errors.Workflow Management: Efficiently move through the daily queue at a steady pace while self-managing time to complete all shipments before carrier pickup.Inventory Maintenance: Assist with continuous inventory counts and restock picking shelves to ensure supplies are always ready for the next shift.Workspace Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the day and perform end-of-day cleaning duties.Independent Operations: Work effectively and reliably with minimal supervision for the majority of the shift.Collaborative Support: Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support the overall flow of the organization.QualificationsAcute Attention to Detail: A proven track record of accuracy in a fast-paced environment; you are someone who "measures twice and cuts once."Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a consistent pace to meet daily shipping deadlines.Physical Stamina: Comfort with being on your feet for the duration of the shift and the ability to lift and move (light to medium weight) packages as required.Reliability: Consistent availability for a 20–30 hour work week, including Monday through Friday and half-day shifts on Saturdays.Communication: Strong ability to follow written instructions and communicate effectively regarding inventory levels or order discrepancies.Technical Aptitude: Basic computer skills to navigate shipping software and print labels accurately.
