RF Design Engineer

RF Design EngineerJob DescriptionThe RF Engineer will work closely with RF design engineers to design, develop, and test transceiver sub-systems for mission-critical communication systems. The role involves testing for regulatory compliance and conducting engineering studies to enhance performance.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with RF design engineers in the development of RF functional areas such as receiver front ends, zero or near-zero IF designs, transmitter power amplifier chains, VCO, and synthesizers.Support regulatory and performance testing.Execute test plans and generate documentation to ensure requirements are met.Utilize software tools and test equipment to assess electronic designs.Design, debug, and test digital and analog circuits.Support production facilities and interface with Test Engineers and factory personnel regarding testing and production of products.Perform other work-related duties as necessary.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in designing RF technology on the manufacturer sideExperience with Simulation and ToolsRF Circuit design skillsExperience with Cadence or similar software.Understanding of FM modulation.Experience with Audio and/or radios nice to haveJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunrise, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $72.11/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
