About the Role The Position The HR Operations Team Lead would serve as the operational backbone of our human resources function. The role is designed for someone who brings a systems, process, and detail-oriented mindset. This role operates with high autonomy and is critical to ensuring our HR function is accurate and reliable. You will be the team leader for our Operations analysts ensuring they have the appropriate support and mentorship necessary to process daily HR transactions.
