Training Specialist (C&A)

These positions are primarily remote; however, candidates must be willing to travel to the Washington, D.C. area for occasional onsite meetings, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops as required.Develops user guides, job aids, training curricula, and other instructional materials.Conducts virtual and in-person training sessions for end users, administrators, and support staff.Assists with change management and knowledge transfer to promote successful adoption of new applications.Updates documentation and training materials as enhancements are released.
