In this role, you will design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Responsibilities also include training caregivers, monitoring data collection, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes.QualificationsExpertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practicesProficiency in Behavior Management and Parent Education strategiesStrong foundation in Psychology and related principlesAbility to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team membersBoard Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) requiredExperience in providing behavior analysis services to diverse age groupsDetail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze data and implement appropriate interventionsMaster's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
