Associate Project ManagerABR Employment Services is partnering with a well-established manufacturer in the Manitowoc area to hire an Associate Project Manager to support Development & Industrialization projects. This is a great fit for someone with manufacturing leadership experience who enjoys coordinating cross-functional work, keeping timelines on track, and partnering with customers and suppliers.Location: Manitowoc, WI (on-site) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $70,000+ depending on your experience Type: Direct HireWhat You'll DoIn this role, you'll support the Project Manager and help drive projects forward—ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets are met while aligning to customer expectations and regulatory/quality standards (FDA cGMP, BRCGS Consumer Products, ISO 9001).Key responsibilities include:Manage and coordinate project activities assigned by the Project ManagerCoordinate trial runs, customer visit support, and project documentation (internal/external)Partner with suppliers on factory visits, technical meetings, and follow-upsParticipate in project meetings; track action items, owners, and next stepsAssist with project planning tasks (deadlines, responsibilities, progress summaries); may support multiple projectsServe as back-up to the Project Manager as neededCreate technical documentation as needed (specs, technical datasheets, project charters)For select customers, act as a technical point of contact to understand needs and support relationship growthCoordinate project timeline activities across internal departmentsRequiredBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience2+ years of manufacturing experience in a leadership/coordination capacityStrong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skillsStrong computer skills; proficiency with MS Office/ExcelPreferredProject management experienceTechnical background (Chemistry is a plus)Experience with MS Project and SAPFamiliarity with Power BI and/or Power AutomateWork Environment (Summary)Primarily office/computer-based (computer use up to ~85%)Some exposure to manufacturing/lab environment; PPE may be required (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, hair/beard net, etc.)Occasional travel (less than ~15%)ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
