This role focuses on maintaining accurate product representation, implementing merchandising updates, and supporting product launches to help drive sales. Working closely with global teams, this position helps bring merchandising strategies to life for the North American market.Summary of Role and ResponsibilitiesWebsite MerchandisingExecute updates to the Canyon US and Canada websites to support sales and customer experienceCoordinate with global teams to ensure accurate product setup and site presentationMaintain product listings, category pages, and collections to improve visibility and performanceEnsure product pages include accurate descriptions, images, and contentSupport campaign, launch, and seasonal website updatesMonitor site performance and suggest improvementsProduct Data & OperationsMaintain accurate product pricing through SAP uploads for the websiteSupports product lifecycle updates, including Outlet and Archive transitionsAssist in managing promotional codes for campaignsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracyProduct Launch SupportCoordinates key product details such as launch dates, stock levels, and assortment informationTrack launch readiness and flag issues as neededAssist in aligning merchandising, planning, and operations teamsEducation, Experience, and Knowledge / Skills / AbilitiesMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, E-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience)1–2+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, retail operations, or similar roleStrong attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and timelinesStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional and international teamsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting prioritiesPreferred SkillsExperience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or product management systemsFamiliarity with tools such as SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similarBasic analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunitiesExperience supporting online promotions or campaignsInterest in cycling, outdoor, or sporting goods is strongly preferredWhat Success Looks LikeHigh accuracy of product data (pricing, specs, imagery) across siteOn-time execution of product launches and site updatesClear and compelling product presentation that supports conversionStrong coordination with global teams to ensure launch readinessConsistent and reliable product data across systemsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracy in product data and site executionAbility to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration skills (marketing, product, operations)Basic analytical mindset with ability to interpret site performance metricsProactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solvingWork EnvironmentWork is primarily office-based, with collaboration with cross-functional teams.
