This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipment processing while maintaining compliance with client and company standards.Key Responsibilities:Shipping & Order ProcessingPrepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments with accuracyVerify orders against pick tickets, packing lists, and client requirementsEnsure all shipments meet customer-specific guidelinesLogistics CoordinationSchedule carrier pickups (LTL, FTL, and parcel)Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teamsTrack shipments and provide updates as neededDocumentation & SystemsGenerate shipping documents (BOLs, labels, invoices)Input and maintain shipment data in WMS, TMS, or EDI systemsMaintain accurate shipment recordsInventory & Quality ControlVerify shipments to ensure order accuracyReport shortages, damages, or discrepanciesAssist with inventory counts as neededCustomer SupportEnsure shipments meet client SLAsCommunicate any delays or special handling needsAssist with shipping-related inquiriesSafety & ComplianceFollow all warehouse safety guidelines and company policiesMaintain a clean and organized work areaEnsure compliance with all shipping regulationsQualifications:Strong attention to detailExperience with WMS, TMS, or EDI systems preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsBilingual in English and Spanish (required)Company Description PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY BEFORE APPLYING.
