Key Responsibilities Engage authentically with players on the Discord server across various topics and live sports moments Respond quickly to player inquiries and create community-first campaigns such as giveaways and live chats Monitor player sentiment and trends, sharing insights to enhance products and community experience Required Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in building or moderating digital communities, preferably in sports or gaming Deep familiarity with Discord, including moderation tools and engagement features Proven ability to create engaging content tailored to specific communities Understanding of Sportsbook or Daily Fantasy Sports products Knowledge of responsible gaming practices and customer safety
