Little Brook Learning Center is seeking a caring, creative, and dependable teacher with both Preschool and Infant /Toddler certification to join our team!Key Responsibilities:Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote development across all domains (cognitive, emotional, social and physical)Design and organize classroom layouts and lesson plans that encourage learning through play and explorationDevelop and maintain visually engaging and educational bulletin boardsEnsure the safety and well-being of all children at all timesMaintain accurate daily records including attendance, incident reports, and developmental observationsCommunicate effectively and professionlly with parents, staff, and managementCollaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environmentPerform additional duties as required to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center or early learning setting Must meet the state requirements for early childhood education Ability to multitask and manage a busy classroomKnowledge of early childhood development and classroom managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Passionate about working with young children in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environmentWhat We Offer:Paid holidaysPaid day off for your birthdayVacation time (based on tenure)Flexible personal days (Flex Days)Supportive and team-oriented environmentOpportunities for professional development and career growthPaid trainingThe chance to make a real difference in the lives of children
