Join us!/ph3ABC Accounting Specialist/h3pThe ABC Accounting Specialist supports the All Battery Centers in financial matters and helps improve All Batterys financial processes and procedures. These contribute to the departments objectives of providing financial statements, subsequent reporting, and quality audit documentation./ppJob Components:/pulliAssembles and reviews monthly financial statements for the All Battery Center stores and Interstate Owned Territory (IOT) storefronts./liliParticipates in financial, account, and variance analysis./liliProvides feedback on financial statement elements to Regional Managers and Store Managers./liliCoordinates with All Battery Sr. Advisor/Manager to resolve issues./liliProvides internal customers with pertinent financial information regarding the All Battery Centers./liliPrepares balance sheet account reconciliations and submits for approval using external software./liliCreates purchase orders for stores supplies and other miscellaneous expenses and submits to Accounts Payable./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMinimum 2-year accounting/finance degree./liliTwo years of experience with commercial bank statement reconciliation, general ledger account reconciliations, and financial review preferred./liliComputer literate with knowledge and experience, including Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook)/liliSAP software experience is helpful./liliExcellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills./liliSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects./liliMust be detail-oriented and a team player./liliExcellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
