Projects are small capital projects. Provide project management with forward looking information identifying expected project performance and comparisons against performance targets. Project team member providing relevant input and analysis to project management to facilitate timely decision making. Ensure construction control estimates are aligned with the decision support package's budget prior to commencing execution. Manage changes to the project budget.
