We are known for our technical excellence, collaboration, and commitment to high-quality client solutions.Sectors We Operate In Mission Critical and Data Centers Aviation Advanced Manufacturing What You Will DoDevelop BIM models for precast erection plans, components, connections, details, and piece ticketsCoordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings and modelsCollaborate with precast manufacturers and internal engineering teamsPrepare project documentation in accordance with company standards and processesSupport project teams by completing assigned tasks accurately and on scheduleReview and check work for quality and accuracyAssist with presentations and modeling for business development effortsParticipate in training and professional development initiativesProvide mentorship and guidance to BIM Technicians and junior staffManage BIM Technicians and other specialists as assignedWork under the direction of precast engineers and BIM leadershipWhat You BringAssociate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil, Industrial, or Structural preferredMinimum 3 years of experience producing precast documentationExperience with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and TeklaBasic knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office and BluebeamStrong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to effectively work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skillsWhy Join AG&EAt AG&E, you’ll work in a supportive and highly collaborative environment that encourages teamwork.
