Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support a unionized manufacturing facility. This is a hands?on, high?impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of employee relations, labor compliance, and people strategy. If you enjoy being on the floor, partnering with leaders, working closely with union representatives, and using data to drive better people decisionsthis role may be for you. What youll do: ? Serve as a trusted HR partner for a unionized workforce ? Interpret and administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) ? Support employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes ? Lead recruiting and onboarding for hourly, technical, and leadership roles ? Ensure compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRA) ? Analyze people metrics to influence workforce decisions ? Support training, engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives What were looking for: ????
