Senior Experiential Graphic Designer

As a Senior Experiential Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with a BXP Design Principal / Art Directors and transdisciplinary teams to lead the design and implementation of branded communications, user experiences, and wayfinding solutions for national and international clients. Role Overview:Lead the design process for small to medium scale experiential graphic and wayfinding projects from concept through implementationTranslate art direction into multiple compelling design solutions that align with client brand, user experience, and project goalsEstablish clear design intent and ensure consistency and quality across all phases of workLead and present design concepts to clients with minimal oversightActively participate in and help lead client meetings, presentations, and conference callsManage project scope and execute work within budgeted timeframes and design expectationsCoordinate with project managers and operations to meet project performance goalsSource and coordinate directly with vendors, contractors, and trade partners for pricing, fabrication, and installationProvide direction and mentorship to junior designers on project workActively collaborate with peers across disciplines to develop holistic design solutionsPromote a positive and accountable team environmentStay current on design, communication, and industry trendsParticipate in firm initiatives outside of client work that strengthen cross-disciplinary relationships Ideal Experience & Skills:Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field and/or a bachelor's degree in a design-related disciplineProven ability to lead projects from ideation through completionStrong skills in ideation, conceptualizing, and translating strategy into built experienceStrong skills in typography, composition, layout, and information designAbility to both lead independently and collaborate effectively across disciplinesExperience presenting to clients and clearly articulating design decisionsStrong knowledge of sign and environmental graphics production materials and methodsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop specifically) Other Great Assets for this Position:Experience mentoring or guiding junior designersPrint, logo, packaging, and/or product designIllustration and/or calligraphy skillsWeb and/or interactive designKnowledge of SketchUp, CAD Tools, SignAgent, Revit, and/or 3D modeling software Little is a place where you'll surround yourself with colleagues who have different areas of expertise, are from different cultures and generations, and embody different talents, experiences, and passions.
