Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a B2B customer service professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and serving as a trusted partner to business clients. In this role, you’ll work directly with business-to-business customers and client representatives, helping them navigate fulfillment, shipping, claims, and operational issues. You’ll need strong communication skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of client service.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting business, commercial, or enterprise customers and understands that B2B customer service goes beyond answering question, it requires understanding the customer’s business, anticipating needs, coordinating internal teams, and driving issues through to resolution. If you enjoy developing long-term client relationships and taking ownership of complex customer issues, we’d love to hear from you.
