What You\'ll Do:Understand customer expectations and ensure each product meets orexceeds quality standards Pick, inspect, box, label, and seal finishedparts Operate grinders and remove scrap as needed Monitor and replaceplastic rolls to keep production moving Support a culture of continuousimprovement and pride in craftsmanship What You Bring: A high schooldiploma or equivalent is helpful but not required Prior experience inquality or manufacturing is a plus A strong work ethic, attention todetail, and a team-first attitude Why Join Us?
